Offers & Comps

Margaritaville at Sea rolled out a new Players Club

Just saw something current that caught my eye for the Offers & Comps crowd. Margaritaville at Sea has a new Players Club page up, and they’re talking about a refreshed casino loyalty setup with tier perks, status matching, and drinks for eligible players while actively playing. I read it on Margaritaville’s own casino page this week, so this looks like a live, current push on their side. My first thought was: interesting to see a smaller line lean this hard into casino loyalty. Sometimes those newer programs can be worth watching early, before everybody and their cousin piles in. That said, I never assume any line will be generous forever, and I sure wouldn’t chase play for an offer. Gene and I learned that lesson a long time ago. Has anybody here actually tried matching into Margaritaville yet, or sailed them recently and seen how the casino feels onboard?

I haven’t sailed them yet, but I’d be curious about two practical things beyond the headline perks: how they track table play, and whether the casino has enough hours/open seats to make the program feel usable on a short sailing. On some of these smaller/shorter itineraries, the schedule matters almost as much as the rules. The status match piece is interesting, though. Sometimes it’s a nice way

I’d look very closely at the match terms before assuming the onboard piece is apples-to-apples. A lot of these newer casino pages use broad wording, but the real friction points are usually proof required, whether the match is temporary or one-time, and if any “eligible player” perks only apply after carded play on that sailing. Also worth checking whether drinks are limited to casino bar service/

I haven’t done Margaritaville yet, but I’d be watching the vibe as much as the perks. On these shorter casino sailings, a fun room and friendly crew can matter more than whatever the tier chart says. If the casino bar is lively, the hosts are visible, and the slot mix isn’t all tired penny games, that alone makes me more likely to give a line a shot. I’m also curious whether anyone saw a slot tou
